These terms govern your use of Sideman, a gig-booking platform operated by Mainstage Multimedia. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Sideman lets band leaders invite musicians to gigs and lets musicians accept or decline those requests, track their bookings, and record their payouts. Accounts are invite-only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for the gigs and bookings you create.
Payout amounts shown in Sideman reflect the rate agreed between a band leader and a musician for a booking. Sideman records these amounts and their status for your reference; it does not process or hold payments. Payment is handled directly between the band leader and the musician.
By opting in, you agree to receive booking-related text messages from Sideman: new booking requests, booking confirmations and declines, gig cancellations, and 24-hour gig reminders. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, or HELP for help. You may also disable SMS notifications from your profile settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, email gigs@mainstage.pro.
Use Sideman only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
